What is a deactivated project?

Deactivating a project is what you do when it's no longer needed, but you don't want to get rid of it either (e.g. 2019 weekend is an example of a project you may choose to deactivate).

It means that when you view projects, by default you'll only get to see the active ones e.g. 2021 weekend away....but the 2019 one is still there if you need it in the deactivated tab.

Projects (including their active/deactivated status) are managed in the Projects settings screen (Drop-down menu --> Manage Users --> Projects). The 'X' button to the right-hand side of the table will deactivate a project, whereas the 'delete' button (dustbin icon) will remove it.
