Can I get a receipt for my ExpensePlus subscription payment?

This article explains how you can view and download ExpensePlus subscription receipts.

Within the Subscription & Billing screen in ExpensePlus, as well as updating your payment details, you can view and download receipts for all subscription payments.

Prior to January 2022:

  • For subscription payments via Card, your subscription receipt would have been emailed to you each month from Stripe (the payment processor we use to process card payments).
  • We were not able to provide receipts for subscription payments via Direct Debit.
