How do I download my Co-op Statement as .CSV?

You can download .csv statements from Co-op, but unlike most banks, Co-op doesn't make it at all easy to find this option within Online Banking.

Here is what you need to do:

1. Sign in to Co-op Online banking

2. Click Search Transactions on the left-hand sidebar menu 

   

3. Within the search transactions screen:
   1. Select an account (DON'T select all accounts, only download transactions for one account at a time)
   2. Select a date range
   3. Click Apply Search (and the transactions will appear at the bottom of the screen)

4. Click Download (at the top right of the screen), then select the CSV option.
