Downloading PayPal transactions

When you're downloading your PayPal report from PayPal, it's really important you download the correct report. This article explains how to do that. You'll first need to sign into your PayPal Business account - once you've done that, you can follow the instructions below to download the report you need.

Where you have transactions of multiple different currencies in your PayPal account, you will need to use the alternative PayPal report detailed in the bottom section of this support article.

Downloading PayPal transactions (standard option)

(1) Within your PayPal account, select 'Activity', then select 'All reports'.

Once you've downloaded the file, don't edit or resave it, or change the file format from .CSV to .XLS/.XLSX, as it may stop the file uploading properly to ExpensePlus.

(5) Upload the .CSV file to your PayPal Payment Processor Account within ExpensePlus (find out more).
