How to add a home screen shortcut
Use your phone or tablet to submit and track expenses from anywhere! You can even take a photo of your receipt as part of the process flow.
There is no need to download an app, simply add a home screen shortcut on your Android, iPhone or other device.

How to add a home screen shortcut on Android devices
- In the browser on your phone, go to expenseplus.co.uk/charity/gateway/signin.
Then click the menu option (as shown below):
- Select the Add to Home screen option in the menu:
A home screen icon will then appear on the home screen of your device.
Note: If the icon doesn't appear on the home screen you are currently viewing, swipe left/right to check your other home screens. When you find the shortcut, hold down to move it, and whilst still holding down drag it left to move it onto your main home screen.
How to add a home screen shortcut on Apple devices
- In the browser on your phone, go to expenseplus.co.uk/charity/gateway/signin.
- Click the button at the bottom of the screen (as shown below), then click the Add to Home Screen option.
Note: If the icon doesn't appear on the home screen you are currently viewing, swipe left/right to check your other home screens. When you find the shortcut, hold down to move it, and whilst still holding down drag it left to move it onto your main home screen.
