How do I update an adjustment?

To update an adjustment, within the Adjustment Screen select the transaction type you wish to update:

  • Accounts Receivable
  • Prepayments
  • Accounts Payable
  • Deferred Income adjustments
The Creditors & Debtors screen defaults to the 'Outstanding Onlly' view. Click the 'All (by year)' view at the top of this screen to find the transaction you are wanting to update.
You will then be able to select the financial year the transaction is in (and filter by fund too if required).
To update a transaction, simply click on it. To delete a transaction, click the 'delete' button to the right of the transaction (note: if you delete an accrual/deferral that has been reversed then BOTH the original adjustment and the reversal will be removed).
