Can I get a receipt for my ExpensePlus Subscription payment?
Within the Subscription & Billing screen in ExpensePlus, as well as updating your payment details, you can view and download receipts for all subscription payments.
Note: Prior to January 2022 - for subscription payments via Card, your subscription receipt would have been emailed to you each month from Stripe (the payment processor we use to process card payments). Prior to January 2022, we were not able to provide receipts for subscription payments via Direct Debit.
