Who has access to Fixed Assets?

Users with a Finance User role can access the Fixed Asset screen and register from the sidebar menu. 

You can also customise other user roles to access Fixed Assets within the User Roles settings screen.

The permission to submit a purchase against a Fixed Assets category is set per user, at the bottom of the individual user's settings screen.
