Who has access to Fixed Assets?
This article explains who has default access to the Fixed Assets module in ExpensePlus, and how you can customise access for other users.
This article is for churches and charities that account on an accruals basis.
Finance Team users
Users with a Finance Team role can access the Fixed Asset Module and register from the sidebar menu.
Customising other user roles
You can also customise other user roles to access Fixed Assets within the Manage User Roles screen.

The permission to submit a purchase against a Fixed Assets category is set per user, and per fund that they have access to. This can be done from the User Profile screen:
