I'm missing part of the screen, why can't I see everything?
If you think part of your screen is missing because you can't see everything you'd expect on the screen, it's likely that you have a zoomed-in view on your web browser. Alternatively, it may be that the sidebar menu in ExpensePlus is hidden.
If you have a zoomed-in view on your web browser
The magnifying glass, Zoom menu or View menu will tell you if you have a zoomed-in view on your web browser.
To fix this and zoom out in Windows:
- in the address bar / URL bar, click on the magnifying glass and select '-' or 'Reset', or
- in the top right corner, click the 3 dots, then click the '-' (minus) next to 'Zoom', or
- click the View menu and select 'reset' or 'zoom out', or
- use the keyboard shortcuts 'Ctrl' + '-' ('Ctrl' and 'minus').
To fix this and zoom out in MacOS:
- click on the View menu and select 'reset' or 'zoom out', or
- use the keyboard shortcuts 'Command' + '-' ('Command' and 'minus').
If the sidebar menu in ExpensePlus is hidden
The sidebar menu allows you to navigate around the different modules in ExpensePlus.
You can choose to display, pin or hide the sidebar menu
If the sidebar menu is hidden and you want to display it, click the 3 bars in the top-left of the ExpensePlus window.
To keep the sidebar displayed, click the pin at the top of the sidebar; or to hide the sidebar, click the X at the top of the sidebar.
