Can a user change their email address?
This article explains how to change a user's email address in ExpensePlus.
Email addresses are used to identify user accounts in ExpensePlus. These can be changed, and the process will depend on the permissions that they have been given within ExpensePlus.
A user can change their own email address within ExpensePlus, if they have the appropriate permissions that allow them to update user settings (such as a Finance Team user). In this case, the user can navigate to the User Settings screen, select their User Profile and update the details.
If a user does not have these permissions, they cannot change their own email address. However, another user with the correct system permissions (such as a Finance Team user) can update someone's email address on their User Profile for them, within the User Settings screen.

If a user is linked to multiple organisations that use ExpensePlus, and they wish to change their email address for them all, this will need to be done individually within each of the different organisations.
