How can I change our organisation's name?
Your organisation's name for your ExpensePlus account can be changed by the ExpensePlus support team.
Choosing your organisation's name
The organisation's name is the name given to your ExpensePlus account.
You can see it in the top right corner of your screen when you are logged in to ExpensePlus.
The organisation name is usually the name that was given when your ExpensePlus trial account was requested and set up.
This is the name that will appear on your reports and in your year-end accounts.
The organisation name on ExpensePlus does not need to be the full name of your organisation as it is listed by the Charity Commission.
For example, Parochial Church Council is often shortened to PCC.
Changing your organisation's name
If you want to change your organisation's name, please contact our support team by sending us a message, and we can do this for you. Just click the yellow 'Send us a message' button at the top right of the HelpGuide screen.
You can't change the name yourself in organisation settings.
You may want to change your organisation's name on your ExpensePlus account if:
- you entered your organisation's name in your trial request form, but you'd prefer a different name to be displayed on your ExpensePlus account
- your organisation's name has changed, and you want this to be reflected on your ExpensePlus account.
