What to do for forgotten passwords
This article explains what to do if you or one of your users forgets their password.
If a user can't remember their password, they will need to click the forgotten password link on the ExpensePlus login page. This sends an email to the user with a link and instructions to reset their password.


Only users themselves can reset their password.
Finance Team users and other users who have a role with 'user settings' access enabled can view all users and see when they lasted logged into ExpensePlus.

If users have been created, but haven't logged in before, they will have an email button to the right of their name. If this is clicked, it will resend that user another welcome email (which contains details of how to create a password and log in).
