Can I check the budget and review expenditure when approving a transaction?
This article explains how category approvers can check budgets and review expenditure when approving transactions.
ExpensePlus makes it easy for category approvers to keep track of expenditure against their budget.
Within the daily approval notification emails and on the Approvals screen, the year-to-date total for each category is shown in the column titled 'Budget' on the table.

Furthermore, the report button at the end of each line to the right of the table will open up the full category expenditure report for you to review.
