Can I rename a loan account?
This article explains how you can rename a loan account on ExpensePlus.
This article is for churches and charities that account on an accruals basis.
If the loan existed prior to ExpensePlus
If the loan existed at the point you started using ExpensePlus you can change the name in your opening fund balances.
If the loan was entered after your system start date on ExpensePlus
If the loan was entered later than your system start date, via the Bank Reconciliation module, you can edit the loan name from the Loans module, by pressing the pencil icon to the right of the loan (as shown below), then changing the loan name before clicking Submit to save changes.
