The purchase type required isn't in the available options
User access in ExpensePlus can be customised, including the menu of purchase types available to each user.
On the Purchases screen, your organisation can choose which of the 6 purchase types to display for each user:
- Expense claim
- Mileage claim
- Business card Purchase
- Invoice to pay
- Gift of money
- Direct debit

If the purchase type you want to use isn't displayed at the top of the Purchases screen, you will need to request this to be added by a finance team user in your organisation.
They can then add this on the user settings screen.
