Stripe transactions not appearing
Connecting to Stripe provides an automated transaction feed into ExpensePlus, allowing you to view transactions in real time without having to manually import them. This support article covers what to do if there are no transactions appearing in your Stripe feed, or if individual transactions are missing from your Stripe feed.
No transactions appearing in Stripe feed in ExpensePlus
If ExpensePlus shows that your Stripe account is connected to the Automated Feed, but no transactions are appearing, it is likely that you have either connected to the wrong Stripe account, or possibly created a new Stripe account during the connection process.
We'd recommend you disconnect and reconnect to the correct Stripe account, which you can do within the bank settings screen.

Individual transactions missing from Stripe feed in ExpensePlus
If there are transactions that appear in your Stripe account but are missing from your ExpensePlus Stripe feed, this is most likely an issue with the transaction description within Stripe.
If there is no description of the transaction within Stripe, the transaction will not be recognised by ExpensePlus and therefore won't be imported into the auto feed. This typically occurs when the payment processor that's being used to take payments hasn't passed a transaction description through to Stripe.
We'd recommend you investigate why these Stripe transactions don't have descriptions - for example, you can raise this with the software that was used to make the payments.
The software passes into Stripe all the details needed to take the actual payment. However, if the software doesn't pass a transaction description into Stripe, even if these transactions were to appear on the Stripe transaction feed within ExpensePlus, there would be no way to easily match the transaction without a Stripe transaction description.
