Stripe transactions without descriptions
Stripe transactions without descriptions do not get imported into ExpensePlus.
This article explains how to manually add a description to a Stripe transaction within Stripe (typically only required if you are using the Stripe Automated transaction feed).
Where you are uploading Stripe transactions to ExpensePlus, you can simply add any missing descriptions directly to the file you've downloaded from Stripe, before you then upload it to ExpensePlus.
For payments that don't have a description within Stripe, we'd highly recommend you contact the 3rd party that is processing them, to ask them to fix the issue that is causing that field not to be populated automatically.
Manually adding a transaction description
To manually add a transaction description, sign into Stripe, click on the payment in question, and then click the 'edit' field below the Description heading (as shown below) to add a transaction description.

If you are using the Stripe automated transaction feed, when you add a description to a transaction in 'payment succeeded' status, it will automatically upload into ExpensePlus (please allow up to 1 hour for this).
