What does 'New Donor Follow Up' mean?

ExpensePlus provides an optional tick box on each donor record which is labelled 'New Donor Follow Up'. This field allows you to report on your donors, listing anyone where this field is unticked via the New Donors (by Date) report.

You may like to use this feature as a way of checking whether new donors have received a thank you or acknowledgment letter, or if you have followed up with them to request a gift aid declaration. It is completely up to you. Additionally, this feature is used for different internal management purposes, by different organisations.
