Does ExpensePlus have a user guide or manual?

Most users aren't going to read a user guide or manual, and trying to explain every feature along with all the possible customisation options would result in an extremely large document!

Instead, we offer a range of training and support to all our users, whether your role involves overseeing a budget, checking receipts, or you regularly submit expenses.

Training videos

ExpensePlus has been designed to be intuitive for first-time users of all abilities. As part of the welcome email from ExpensePlus to new users, there is a link to the Module Overview video for submitting purchases. This is all the information most users need.

You will also find a Module Overview video for each module within ExpensePlus. Each video is typically just 2 to 3 minutes long and explains all the key things you need to know.

Our searchable online HelpGuide covers over 400 frequently asked questions, enabling you to find the answer you need quickly. To access the HelpGuide, just click the blue 'help' button in the top right corner of ExpensePlus.
