How do I move money between funds?

Fund to fund transfers are performed in the Adjustments Screen, by going to Fund Transfers.

In fund accounting, transfers between funds are not classed as income / expenditure as they are simply a movement between funds on your Balance Sheet or Assets statement. Fund transfers therefore do not appear in income and expenditure reports.

Click 'Add Fund Transfer'  and enter the required details. The example below shows a £500 transfer from the General fund to the Buildings fund.

You can keep track of all fund transfers and the affected balances on the Fund Movement Summary report.
