Can I see a list of donations per donor?

This article details two ways in which you can view a list of donations per donor.

Yes, you have two options for viewing a list of donations per donor in ExpensePlus.

Donations (by Donor) report

Visit the Donation reports screen, select Donations (by Donor).

Choose the donor you would like to report on and a date range to display that donor's giving within the specified time period. You can choose which fund you want to see this data for too, or select View All. These reports can be downloaded as a PDF or as a CSV file.

Recent Donations by report

Alternatively, you can visit 'Manage Donors' from the sidebar menu, click on the donor and then click on 'Recent donations by...' icon.

As with the Donations (by Donor) report, you can select a date range to display that donor's giving within the specified time period. You can choose which fund you want to see this data for too, or select View All. These reports can also be downloaded as a PDF or as a CSV file.
