Viewing and managing recurring LoveGiving donations
This article explains how to view and manage recurring donations given via LoveGiving.
To view recurring donations, within the LoveGiving module, select the 'view donations via LoveGiving' option.
Select the 'Manage Recurring' option at the top of the report.
The Manage Recurring Donations screen will display any recurring donations currently set up.
To cancel a recurring donation, click the 'delete' button to the right of the recurring donation.
It is not possible to reverse the cancellation of a recurring donation without asking the donor to set up another recurring donation within LoveGiving - see this separate help guide article which covers how donors can do this.
